Rescan failed media info retrievals

When adding media sometimes the it fails to connect to the online db's. If this happens I have to move the file out of the scanned folders.
DO a rescan so the derby db removes it.
Then return the file to the same folder and do a second media update.

It would be much better if Serviio would retry each unknown file atleast once a day, and if it fails 3 times move those files to a user set folder with a txt file that says where it was moved from. Or not move them at all, also user specified option.
Also good if this could be specified for only certain types of media, tv-show, movies, music, pictures.

Have you tried the "Re-scan video metadata" button on the Metadata tab - it should force Serviio to go and collect new metadata without the need to move the file in and out of your shared folder? Does all video files though, not just ones with missing metadata.
