Samsung E Series Profiles

I wish I had read this before. I just bought a new Samsung ES series (UE50ES6710) and I also have a D-series (UE37D6510). On the D-series MKV playing works great with my Serviio server but on the ES-series it won't play the MKV files. I don't want to recode all my old MKV files so now I'm stuck with a brand new ES-series TV that won't play my series and movies.

- Is there a way that Serviio can compensate for the stupid Samsung programmer that ruined his earlier work (there a more programming issues on the ES-series like satellite tracking that are handled in a stupid way)?
- Is there someting else I can do to play my MKV-files on the ES series?

Make sure you select the C/D/E profile

FWIW, i am running the latest samsung firmware as of last week for an ES 7000.
I dont have audio sync issues in general...i have 'test watched' c. 20 films of varying H264 profiles, reference frames and audio codecs.
I have found 1 file that had a problem so far (below).
youve got me worried that i will find more....hope not.

.rechecking it against this post, the unusal thing about this film is the frame rate its 24 rather than 23.XXX and it has chapters (although i dont think chapter are unique).
Would be good to confirm why the tv doesnt like it..
