Player Recommendations

New to video streaming and doing a POC for a client for a CE project. I've played around a bit with FlowPlayer. Any recommendations for a HTML/JS player? Looking at the Application-profiles.xml it looks like the HTML5 and HLS profiles deliver a video/mpeg file/stream. Are these the recommended profiles going forward?

for transcoded files you have to go HLS (where the players support it), for native it'd be mp4/h264/aac
