Feature Request - Manually set transcoded audio sample rate

I would like the ability to force the transcoding of the audio to a specific sample rate (preferably 48k). Some renderers (My 2009 US Sony Bravia for example) only likes 48k sample rates and bit rates of 128 kbps or higher for the AC3 audio.
