Serviio

Hi all,

Im only new to serviio at the moment and i must say im loving the software but im having issues with the transcoding of some files.

Im trying to play some .mkv files over my server to my tv and im getting "codec not supported" on my tv. Was wondering what i can do in my profile.xml file or anything to fix this issue or is transcoding only designed for audio ??

any help or profile settings would be great appreciated

This video stream should be transcoded by serviio/ffmpeg, could you check on detailed logging if this is the case (see signature link) ?

i read your instructions i did that then my serviio came up with erros etc and i had to reinstall software and rebuild database

Change profil to 4.1 and header in tsmuxer and mkvtoolnix
