Hi-
I have a new 2012 Panasonic Viera TC-P50ST50. What is the best rendering profile to use with this TV ? Some of the MKV files I have max out the CPU (e3300) w/ 4GB RAM and I get terrible playback. I fixed that by overclocking the processor to 3.4GHz.

Some other MKVs just stutter a little during high bitrate scenes. Is this just a bandwidth issue? I am using a wired Gig-E connection to my TV.

Is there a profile available that will avoid transcoding if not needed on my TV? It looks like the current available profiles are for the 2011 models. Most of my videos are good but just a few cause me trouble!

Thanks! Serviio rocks!

Did you try the Generic DLNA profile?

I will but it doesn't allow transcoding, if needed, correct?

My TV doesn't even see the Servo server with the generic profile loaded. Weird.

There is nothing that should disable the TV from being seem by choosing different profile. Check the bind IP address.

You're right, it won't transcode, but you can try to play some files, find those that won't play and then we can try to create/update a profile.
