transcode from WHS v1 to TViX

I have just installed Serviio on my WHS v1 and got it to stream to my PS3.
Not the best picture, a bit dark and now and then lot's of big pixels.

What I would like to do is to transcode mkv and send it to my TVix which I know have good picture.
But I can't get it to work at all.
There are no profile to select for my TViX. Which of the profiles should I use instead?

Or should I stream without transcode?
