I am looking for a transcoding profile for a Raspberry Pi running Rasbmc.

Something that would transcode HD-video to mpeg and AC3 audio to stereo

You can select and change profile on serviio console.
-Try with "Philips" profile, all are transcoded to mpegts/mpeg2video/ac3
-Try with "DirectTV HD-DVR" profile, all are transcoded to mpegps/mpeg2video/mp2
or 'WDTV Live", "Toshiba REGZA" profiles
