building profile for SE cellphone

Trying to build a profile for my daughters cellphone. Only task is to transcode from flac in Serviio-server, to mp3 in phone-renderer.

Does this look feasible?

Hello.

Its a Sony ericsson Elm, im using the buildin "mediaserver", wich goes under music in the phone. Im not shure what its based on.

When trying to play the file, it just says "file didnt play"

I think that you might need to run the digital media player to play songs that are being streamed from serviio.

What OS are you on? It looks like the special characters in the file names cannot be read, that usually happens on Linux when the default charset is not set to UTF-8.

The folder that serviio is installed in will work fine. If you paths are setup right it can be anywhere.

ok, the command line had some wrong quotes, but I think I know why it doesn't work anyway. It looks like your FFmpeg is not only quite old but also is not compiled with --enable-libmp3lame so you won't be able to transcode to mp3.

You will have to either update or compile FFmpeg with that functionality yourself.
