How to play a live stream on Sony Blu Ray Player (RTMP)?

I already have Serviio and its pretty good, but the problem is I cannot seem to be able to capture the stream link.
These are the two sites I'm trying to capture from;

and/or

http://www.filmon.com/tv/bbc-news

I got these two rtmp links for the second stream but non of them work in Serviio.

I read that they are not in the correct format. Can an expert please help?

Did you try to add the to the console and click Check stream button?

Yes. Every time there's an X. I got it once to work and saw a green tick with the BBC Link. I wish I hadn't stupidly deleted the link.
