Serviio Media uPnP Issue Not Showing Resolved For Me

I started having the issue where my devices will not show n my Samsung Tv's, Roku's, Xbox One etc.
After some troubleshooting the only fix so far that work for me was under the server I run the Servio software.
I made a small guide step by step.
