Alexa playing music from provider servvio is not supported
I've been trying to get Alexa+ to play music from Serviio, but I keep running into problems. I have searched the forums, but haven't found help for my issue.
I have the newest release, and a license file. Media browser works fine within my network, and I have enabled both secure and unsecure access from outside my network. I can access Media browser from anywhere I can get WiFi.
For testing, I used Media Player on my Roku TV. I was able to see Serviio as a source, and was able to stream music without any problems.
When I try to stream to Alexa, I get the error "playing music from provider serviio is not supported".
My guess is that my music doesn't match the narrow criteria for Echo playback. On the transcoding tab, it states "Transcoding only works with a specific Renderer Profile (not the Generic DLNA profile)." Transcoding IS enabled.
Serviio doesn't recognize my Echo's at all. None of the provided DLNA profiles seem appropriate. Is there a DLNA profile available for Echo devices?
Or do I have another problem?
If it helps, my ID is yxdisSHX7M
Thanks
