It could be nice to have a way to notify when a media has (or hasn't) a subtitle file.
The scenario is: video files might be available but subtitles in a given language aren't.

So my idea is to have some graphical flag (such as ** for the last played) that allows you to understand which subs you have / miss from episodes list
