Detecting and Reading videos wrapped in multipart rar files

Like VLC, can we please have a way so serviio can read video files that are wrapped in multi-part RAR archives (I think those archives don't really have compressed chunks of the video but rather just use the rar format/multipart as a wrapper feature).

Why would you possibly want that?
