all online library contents/enable or disable

Would be nice to have a default presentation menu to list all the contents that label as "online".

Also, being able enable or disable online contents from renderers just like current features from console would be even better. The curiosity leads us to add more and more online contents as they pop up on the forum even if you only going to use them once in while - which causing issue for serviio to parse all contents each time you restart the PC or the service. In my case i have about 15 different contents in the online library, serviio takes anywhere from 20-30 mins to prep the renderer contents selection. The feature will also be helpful for the online contents that changes frequently - just by disabling and re-enabling the contents force serviio to parse the contents again.

And what would you click on the TV renderer? All disable/enable is done from the console (server). Nothing to do with the renderer.

1. 'ALL online' contents into a menu beside "online" which is already present.

2. Menu called preference - maybe. Toggle enable or disable - Select 'Online' -> resource link eg: [youtube] or [CBS] or [stream] etc -> enable or select again to disable.

Serviio by design decision will support no commands in renderer menus.
