Prevent DB flush for disconnected drive

An option to prevent database flush if a particular drive is disconnected would be awesome. (as opposed to detecting changes if a file is deleted from storage)

Issue detail: Just moved to the UK and have no dedicated Media PC with permanent storage. We have 1 external (USB) HD for media and 2 laptops and a DLNA/internet enabled TV connected via a switch. We frequently use differing combinations of external media drive connected to laptop connected to hub and when switching external media drive between laptops, Serviio database needs time to refresh/rebuild as it's detected the storage drive was not there for some time and has flushed all media records of that drive.

Thanks for listening,

Bren.
