Remember recently viewed on upgrade

Hey,

I'm really enjoying the recent updates but terrible at remembering my progress watching several TV shows at once. The recently viewed and ** highlighting is great but they seem to get lost when upgrading. Is there a way to preserve this during an upgrade?

they should not get lost if you install on the top of the old version.
