fool proof interface

understanding the config syntax is for noob's quit hard. I'm convinced that a general interface with clickable choices should be the way to go.

Also how can we compare and share our profiles, would require a format to export and import profiles.
This request would require a complete overhaul of management profiles.

I had started working on a program that would have all the types of codecs and containers and would pull the data from the profiles.xml file and let you modify it and create new one profiles. If you think that this would be helpful, I will start working on it again.
