Feedback to client as to why streaming failed

Hello,

Just a feature suggestion, not a request. How about sending an error message or feedback through to the client in the form of a pre-defined video in the event that there is an error trying to play a stream. For example:
https://sites.google.com/site/grolschie/Ended.mpg
https://sites.google.com/site/grolschie/NotFound.mpg
https://sites.google.com/site/grolschie/Busy.mpg

The files could be alot smaller than these however. Cheers. :-)

That would make the downloads larger and I'm already struggling for bandwidth :-)
