Is it possible to list all of my video files as one giant list, instead of viewing them in individual alphabetical sub folders? I am very new with serviio and am still trying to figure everything out. I am used to using wmp11 on xp which lets me view all my video files as one giant list when streaming to my ps3. The only downside is that I am not able to change my files thumbnails to cover art which serviio lets me do
Thank you

You should have a Title Folder (A, B, C, D..) and a Movie Folder where all your movies are inside

Thank you for the response. When I look into my Titles folder all of my videos files are categorized in alphabetical folders, but when I look into "Movies" folder it reads "There are no titles." Is there something that I am forgetting to do or am doing wrong?

I only have movie files with no tv series or home videos. I'm not sure how to make my movie files to show up in the movies folder. They show up in titles but not movies. I would like to be able to see all of my video files in one folder together instead of being separated into different folders alphabetically.

Make sure you've got online metadata enabled for that particular folder you added. If they're still not showing up, try searching for some of your filenames against themoviedb.org (which is the database Serviio uses). Usually it's a good idea to leave the movie names in the format that you erm may have downloaded them in (ahem) - so with the year of release in the name. If ever Serviio doesn't recognise a film it may be because it has a name too similar to something else, so it's useful to check against.

Thanks Patters! Is there a way to make a list of all of my movies with custom file names and a local DVD cover images to be listed in any folder without being sorted into different A.B.C. folders? I tried using the online metadata sources, but I'm trying to list all of my movies with sequels or trilogy's as Movie, Movie 2, Movie 3, instead of for example - Movie, Return of the Movie, Movie The Final Chapter ... Right now I renamed all of my movies to start with a "-" just so all of them would be under the Video>Titles>- folder. Any other ideas?
