Fix "File in use" Lock when updating library

When adding files to my video library I occasionally need to re-name or move files but always get blocked by the "file in use" windows message, have to wait 30 - 60 seconds to finish my task.

Just a guess, but I don't think it's possible in Windows. If the OS locks a file in use, I don't think there's anything a program can do about it. I know the -nix OSs don't lock files while in use, but Windows does.
