Are you referring to the name that appears on your player when browsing your network for DLNA sources? If so, this can be easily changed in the profiles.xml file in the config folder. Line 12 has a XML tag called <Friendly Name>. Default is "Serviio ({computerName})", which appears on your player as Serviio (Server) for me. You can place any text you desire between the opening and closing XML tag. It isn't necessary to leave the computer name option either.
Be aware that any update of Serviio overwrites this file with a new version, so you have to change the name again afterwards. I do this with my test server so my wife can easily tell them apart.
