May be I'm wrong but ffmpeg can detect resolution and average video bitrate.
So wish to add these extra parameters into transcoding matches to be able to transcode or not high resolution/bitrate movies.

resolution would be doable, bitrate not - it's not very reliably detected with ffmpeg

resolution matching possibility would be nice!
