Posted: Mon Mar 29, 2010 1:58 pmSilly me. I did see that MP4's are indeed seen by your program. But, I cannot see them as source material on my uPnP player. It sees MP3s, all JPGs, JPEGs and also VOB files, but none of the MP4s show up. I can play them on my server so all the codecs for ffmpeg are present. What am I missing?

Posted: Tue Mar 30, 2010 9:59 pmWHat is your player? Apparently it doesn't support mp4 natively, 0.4 will hopefully sort it for you via transcoding.

Posted: Fri Jun 28, 2013 11:10 amGood afternoon, I am having trouble playing certain youtube downloads (mp4) through Serviio from my computer on my Samsung BluRay Home theatre set. With all kinds of files it works just fine but not with these mp4's. What is the reason and how can I get it work?
