Custom Meta Tags for sorting

I'd like to be able to add a text file to the directory with the same name as the media file that would contain a list of meta tags that could be searched. Think of it sort of like adding a particular media file to multiple playlists at once.

For Example:
I could add the song "JingleBells.mp3", and add the file "JingleBells.txt" with the word "Christmas" on one line.
Then I could add a home movie called "Christmas1989.mp4", and a file called "Christmas1984.txt" with three lines "Christmas", "Family", "Home".
Then maybe do the same thing with some pictures.

When I login, the Home screen would have a new folder beside Audio, Image, and Video called "Meta" (or something). It would let me see all media with the tag "Christmas" at once.
