Console Status Screen

I don't have the slightest clue how much coding work this may involve, but I may not be the only user who could do with a little more information what Serviio is doing right now. Before my inner eye, I imagine a status screen in the console where information is displayed that normally exist in (and has to be painfully extracted from) logfiles only, like:
Video "XYZ" is currently [transcoded/remuxed/just served] as [video/audio/container] format YYY to client "ZYX", using profile "ABC" and parameters "1, 2 and 3".
Serviio should have all this information, because it feeds parameters to ffmpeg and serves distinct MIME types to clients with known properties. I think this status screen would save beginning and intermediate users a lot of frustration when things don't seem to go right.
