Manual / Scheduled Library Updating

First - I really like this product and appreciate all the work that you put in to make this software so great.
However, =)
I have a feature request and that is to be able to schedule the library scan updates or at least just do it manually.
The reason for this is that me and a couple of friends have a hamachi vpn network over internet (100 Mb) where we share our media files and everything works great playinf movies directly to my samsung tv. But when the serviio starts to scan (which is every 5 minutes) it takes up a lot of bandwidth - between 20%-25% causing disruptions to streaming of 720p and 1080p mkv files. It does this constantly - the scans take many hours to complete and then 5 minutes after it finished it starts over again.
I couldn't find anywhere where I could change the interval so I guess that is hardcoded!?
