transcoding into a ramdisk

it is possible in a large 4GB RAM disk transcode?

The media files up to 30GB

In the Serviio console you can point to any location for the transcoding folder, so if your ram disk is drive mapped this should be no issue.

However, I think the small storage may cause an issue during playback. I'm pretty sure you need enough room for the entire file to be transcoded, and if Serviio is streaming to more than one device you need enough room for all files.
