Suggestion: new library update status "found media errors"?
Can we please have another library status "no. of library update errors" or something like this in the console frontend?
It took me 2 days to find out why some movies were still missing after many library updates. My nfo files weren't coded in UTF8 character set and I used some german umlaute chars (äöü). The media extractor couldn't deal with those chars in ASCII (found some exception messages in the log). I also had 11 bad pictures (broken jpg files) that couldn't read. It's hardly impossile to recognise missing media files when your library grows.
A simple info about errors in or with media files (incl. nfo files) would be very helpful IMO. I guess no one would like to read the log every time you add files.
