rebuild library option

I would like to see an option to scrap the library and rebuild it from scratch. I know that you can kinda do this manually and redo all your settings but I would like to see an option to do this from the console.

The reason is I have a bunch of funky items in some of my library's i.e. the same movie showing 20x and a few other quirks that were present in older versions, while the issue itself may have been corrected in a new build.. the library entries remain.

A nuke and pave library option would make rebuilding much easier.

Re: rebuild library option

Yes this sounds like a very good idea.. I to have some mvoes show up 10+ times and agree this could be very handy

Re: rebuild library option

I think you can stop the Serviio service, delete the DB files, and restart the service and Serviio will build it fresh. I had a DB corruption issue once and I think that was my solution. However, I might have just deleted the files and reinstalled Serviio. Just can't remember.

Ya know, the more I think about it I don't think that worked. I believe the files have to be there for Serviio to start. But I do know that you can delete everything in the DB folder and then reinstall.

However, I still like your suggestion. Clean and easy.
