I have posted the Device Spy information for the JU series, but no one has offered yet to assist with a profile. Most of us are using the H Series profile, which as you have noticed has some gaps.
I am surprised, though. Since the TV itself support VP9. When you use the YouTube app it plays the 4K VP9 videos with no issues. To my understanding there's no conversion going on. Try using the generic profile, as that does not transcode anything, and see if the video plays. If it does, there's something in the Samsung profile you are using that is attempting to transcode when it's not necessary. I don't believe FFMPEG supports VP9 yet, so that could be throwing the error.
Well, I just did a quick search and it looks like FFMPEG does support VP9, so it's likely something else in the Samsung profile messing it up.
