Plugin devs - We need a new Ustream plugin!

So it's been a little over a year now since we have had a working Ustream plugin, it would be really nice if we could get a working one again. I really would love to be able to stream the ISS and Nasa HD channels over my TV.
Is anyone willing to work on this or look into it? I'm happy to test the plugin while being made.
