Cannot play .avi files (DMP BDT220) Serviio 1.0

I want to be able to watch .avi filies via my Panasonic DMP BDT220, however all of your 3 current Panasonic Profiles (1.0) won't allow me to, resulting in the same message appearing; "Cannot Play."

Any help in solving this problem I would appreciate.
