cant watch subtitles

Suddenly it's impossible to see any subtitles with my movies. What can be wrong?

I have changed to the right profile (panasonic viera), but it says that the ip-adress isn't unique?

Try to clean the device list on serviio console (removed all devices). Restart serviio service.
Be sure that your device'll use a fixed IP address.
