Problem with Library updates.

Hello everyone.
I have a problem for some time with library updates on my LG TV,
Sometimes movie files are shown, sometimes not. I can`t seem to find out what is the reason for that, since I`m talking about files that are usually played - for example .mkv or .avi files.
For example i have a TV show, for which i see first 3 episodes, then 4,5,6 episodes are not shown and i see the last 2 episodes 7 and 8. The ones i do see i can play without any problems.
All of these files are .mkv files. I do not think it has something to do with the extension, since i have another TV series which doesn`t play at all, since my TV says that they are in unsupported format, but i see them in the library and in Serviio, I just can not play them at all.
I`m trying to figure out why it is not uploading some of the folders/files.
Have you stumbled on such a problem ?
Thank you for your comments.

Greetings!
First, what profile is assigned to your TV in the Serviio console? If it's using the LG TV profile, give some other TV profiles a try to see if they work any better/differently. Next, check your media files to make certain the codecs within the MKV container are supported by your TV. Remember, MKV, AVI, MPG, MP4, they are all containers and can have different video and/or audio codecs, and perhaps the ones that don't appear have different codecs within them. See the link in my sig for help determining the file contents. Please report the codecs within the container here.

Hello, Dan, and thank you for your time.
I have tried to get the log for one of the files that is not being shown. The file is quite long since i believe there are a lot of different subtitles inside it, so i cut most of it. First information is for the file that is not being shown in Serviio. Second will be for a file that is being shown in Serviio.
I have always been with LG profile. I have tried to change to other profiles and force refresh libraries, but i do not see something else updated. Is this enough to make the force refresh or i should do it in some other way ?

Thanks for that. The second file was cut off so I couldn't see the codecs it has. But the first file (the one that did not appear) I see the audio is EAC-3, which is Dolby Digital Plus (DD+) and my guess is the TV can't handle that.
For the second post you made, I think the reason it's not showing is the Opus audio codec. The LG profile likely is not telling Serviio that audio codec is supported, so the file doesn't appear. As a test, see if using the DirecTV profile allows the missing titles to appear and play. That profile transcodes everything, so is a good test for things like this.
As you have probably noticed, there's only a single LG TV profile, and it's quite old and likely is missing support for newer TVs. While I personally have two fairly new LG TVs, I really don't know how to add the lines that tell Serviio the TV's supported codecs so I can't help creating a newer profile. In my case, I simply don't use the TV player and instead use either a Roku or Shield as my media player on those TVs. In fact, I don't use the TV player in any of my Smart TVs, because none of them work nearly as well as an external player.

Hello and sorry for the delay in answer but i was on a holiday for few days and couldn`t make some tests.
I haven`t tried to put all the files on HDD and see if TV player sees and plays them but for the second post as i mentioned i have put it on flash drive and the movie was running fine from there, it was just not updated in the library. I have tried to change the profile to Direct TV but no change (only stopped and started serviio service after that and then force refreshed, dont know if i had to do something more in order for it to work).
Regarding LG Profile, yea i have noticed since i use Serviio for some time now and to be honest for example 5 years ago there were no such problems with LG TV`s. Everything was working well.
Regarding TV players, i have searched in Apps in LG and both Roku and Shield were not available to download. Any tips on that? And even if i find them there, how should i connect them with serviio so i can try to play the movies via these particular external players ?
Thank you for your time again.

Roku and Shield are external players, not internal apps. You might see if VLC is an available app for your tv. Roku players see Serviio without any configuration, but the Shield will, depending on the player app used.
